• By making a purchase or registering on our website you are also indicating that you accept the following terms and conditions.

• We may change the terms and conditions at any time if we find they are not workable or unfair.

• We try our best to ensure that all information and product details on the website are accurate. However, there maybe times when the information we have received from our suppliers is inaccurate and we cannot guarantee that the information correct. In these cases we will rectify the inaccuracy as fast as we can.

• We cannot guarantee that our servers or the website will work without interruption, delay or be error free. Whilst we use the latest security technology, we cannot guarantee that the website is free from bugs, viruses or be compatible with your computer or phone.

• Prices and availability of product change all the time. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible by email and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order altogether. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

• When you buy a product and/or register we need to take some mandatory information from you. This includes name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is held securely and will never be shared with anyone else. Sadly, if you do not wish to provide this information you will not be able to purchase any products.

• You will be asked to create a password for your account. Please keep it safe, you will need it to access your account.

• We take your privacy very seriously and will never share your personal information with anyone else. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

• Your payment details will need to be shared with our payment processing partner SagePay. SagePay are a leading provider of payment services and are incredibly safe and secure. They provide this service for thousands of websites around the world.

• When you place an order for an item that order is counted as an offer by You to purchase the item or items. A contract of sale is only in place once your card payment has been taken and processed.

• eBookShoppe reserve the right to refuse to accept or complete an order at our discretion.

• As eBooks are not physical products it is not possible to accept returns. Unfortunately we are only able to offer refunds where an eBook has an error that can be verified with a publisher such as a missing page or if you have recieved the wrong book. Please inform us of any issues like this within 28 days of purchasing the eBook. In most cases we will attempt to provide a replacement copy.

• VAT is charged on eBooks at the current standard UK VAT rate. All prices include VAT.

• The number of times you can download and eBook is three (3). Please make a note of where you save the file when you first download it.

• eBookShoppe is a provider of eBooks. We cannot offer support for the device or software you use to read these eBooks. Please refer to your software or device manufacturer if you experience any hardware or software issues.

• eBookShoppe may run special promotions from time to time. These maybe time limited or dependant on purchasing a specific number or type of product. eBookShoppe reserves the right to close a promotion early and without notice.

• eBooks are delivered digitally via a unique link embedded in an email and on our website. You will not receive any physical delivery.

• Once an eBook has been purchased by you, you will become the legal owner of the item.

• These Terms and Conditions do not change or affect your consumer rights under UK Law.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law. If any dispute arises eBookShoppe and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute arising in respect of these Terms & Conditions.
